Every OROS piece is made to order in the stone and dimensions you choose. The guide price reflects the smallest standard configuration; your quotation depends on the block we source, the size and the finish.

How do I order a piece?

Use “Enquire About This Piece” on any product. Tell us your preferred stone, size and postcode, and we will reply with slab options and a full written quotation.

What stones do you work with?

We work with three stones: Calacatta Viola, Nero Marquina and Rosso Levanto. Each block is selected in person for its movement and tone.

How long does a piece take?

Typically 4–6 weeks for catalogue pieces and 6–8 weeks for bespoke commissions, from the moment the stone and drawings are approved.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?

No — and that is the point. Natural stone varies from block to block. We photograph the specific slab reserved for you before any cutting begins.

Can you alter a design?

Almost always. Dimensions can be be adjusted to suit your space. Larger changes become a bespoke commission.

How should I care for natural stone?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a soft cloth and pH-neutral soap. Avoid acidic liquids such as wine, citrus and vinegar on the surface, and use coasters under hot or wet glasses.
